The maquettes are in, and its now down to 'us' to decide. I like Done's and Andrews' ideas, and if I were to stick my neck out I'd say Done wins it for me. I like the context of Trixie the cat, and along with Roger Andrews' statue, they both have character with their faces having expression. I'm afraid Field's idea wouldn't look out of place on the back cover of the Mail on Sunday magazine.
There isn't really an iconic image of Keenor that we all know and love, so I think Done's idea may go some of the way towards this.
I think either 1 or 3 would look great outside the CCS, and judging by early poll results, it might just.
